Monday, Oct 20th, 2025 3pm – 7pm (Set up day)
Tuesday, Oct 21st, 2025 - 7am – 6pm
Wednesday, Oct 22nd, 2025 - 7am – 6pm
Thursday, Oct 23rd, 2025 - 7am – 4pm (end of conference)
Rental space of 8’ x 5’ will consist of one 6’ x 30” table, two chairs, and standard 120v power hookup.
Hallway area outside of classrooms off of main lobby area and outside garden area
$500.00 for one 6’ table for duration of the conference.
Full payment of $500.00 per space is required with application to exhibit. Signed application & payment is due no later than September 30, 2025.
A non-refundable fee of $100.00 will apply to any reservation of space canceled less than 30 days before the start of the exhibit time.
Exhibitors may receive the CWFIA hotel room rate, as availability permits, by contacting the hotel directly and asking for the CWFIA rate.
This number constantly changes due to the amount of classrooms needed, participants expected, and space needed to guarantee zero traffic issues.
For the 2025 event, we have allot of space for up to 15 vendors!
Do not delay in reserving a spot! They will go quickly!
